These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the customer portal provided by B2BPM Ltd (“B2BPM”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and powered by MRI Software (“Portal”). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Portal

The Portal is provided to:

• Residential and commercial occupiers
• Leaseholders, tenants, landlords, and authorised representatives
• Clients of B2BPM including landlords, freeholders, management companies, or other legally authorised instructing bodies

It enables users to:

• Access property-related documentation and information
• View account statements and service charge details
• Submit maintenance requests, enquiries, or updates
• Manage communications with B2BPM

Portal access is provided pursuant to your relationship with our Client or under agreements between B2BPM and that Client. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Portal.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Keep login information secure and confidential
• Only access data relevant to their property or authorised role
• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Refrain from introducing malware, interfering with Portal functionality, or attempting unauthorised access

B2BPM may suspend or withdraw access if misuse is detected.

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all Portal information is complete or current at all times.
The Portal does not replace statutory notices, legal communications, or formal account statements which may be issued separately.

4. Communications Through the Portal

6. Payments Through the Portal

Where payments are enabled:

• B2BPM does not store full card details
• Users remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payments

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• B2BPM is not liable for losses arising from Portal downtime, user errors, or unauthorised access resulting from user negligence
• B2BPM is not responsible for failures or interruptions caused by MRI Software or other third-party systems

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
